User Data Deletion Policy

If you wish to completely remove your account and all associated data from SiyagPOS (Siyag InfoTech), you can request data deletion at any time. How to Request Data Deletion:

• 1. Send an email to siyaginfotech@gmail.com from your registered email address.
• Use the subject line: "Request for Data Deletion - SiyagPOS".
• Include your registered Business Name and the phone number connected to your account in the email body.

What Happens Next?

• Within 7 business days, our team will process your request.
• All your personal account details, saved customer phone numbers, and chat histories will be permanently deleted from our active database.
• Your WhatsApp webhook connection will be disconnected.
• Note: Some transactional records may be retained temporarily solely for legal and tax compliance purposes.
